RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY
- If not interested, return product with the delivery man after delivery charge is paid.
- After the delivery man leaves, returns and refunds will ONLY be acceptable if your product has defects. Please message us and we will process your return. Once we receive back the product and inspect the products to see its condition, we will process your refund.
- Exchange will be offered as soon as a it is requested. Exchanges need to be requested on our Social Media Handles or email so that our Customer Service Representatives can guide you through the process.
- For Exchange and Return. item(s) must be in new, unworn condition, with no marks or damage, and all original packaging intact, including the shoe box. We reserve the right to accept or deny returns based on the condition of the items and other relevant factors.
- Items that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging will not be accepted. However, we guarantee to consider exchanges for unworn or unwashed items returned in sellable condition, accompanied by the original receipt and packaging, within 7 days of purchase.
- Please note that returns received after this time frame or not meeting these conditions may not be accepted.
REFUND:
