International Delivery

Process of International Delivery:
Due to the global Economic crisis and USD to Taka currency rate increasing, delivery rates from Bangladesh to outside the country have increased and has become heavily unpredictable. To accommodate our customers, we are having to temporarily take an unconventional route to give you the best possible delivery rates. Below is the new process for International Delivery:
  • Customers directly contacts us on our Facebook, Instagram or email to create an order.
  • Customer provides their full address
  • We then check the delivery cost from delivery companies and then give quotation to customer
  • We send customer full invoice to make payment via card or Bkash.
  • Once payment is made, we delivery to the product to the customers.

 

Terms & Conditions:
  • All our international deliveries are handled by DHL Express.
  • All shipping terms and conditions are followed as per DHL rules and regulations.
  • Customers will be able to track their shipping using DHL Tracking and the tracking number provided in Mail. DHL Tracking Link
  • Depending on the shipping destination and weight, the rates will vary.
  • During purchase, customers will be able to see the rate of shipping cost.
  • RETURNS AND EXCHNAGES- Customers will have to pay for to send back their own product and will have to ship it back themselves. They will then have to pay again for delivery of the new product.
  • NO REFUND- Due Bangladesh Bank official restrictions we cannot refund payments at this moment.

Customs:
Shipments from our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country if applied. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, DEFCLO cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that lower than the actual product price.
