1. Delivery

For deliveries within Dhaka: Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to arrive.

For deliveries outside Dhaka: Your order will typically be delivered within 3-5 working days.

2. Exchange Policy

Damaged/Defective Items: If your product is received in a damaged or defective condition, you may exchange it free of charge.

Change of Mind: If you wish to exchange your order due to a change of mind (size, color, or preference), an exchange fee will be applied.

3. Return Policy

Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery, while the delivery person is still present. Once the delivery is completed and the delivery man leaves, returns will no longer be accepted.
