· For deliveries within Dhaka: Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to arrive.
· For deliveries outside Dhaka: Your order will typically be delivered within 3-5 working days.

RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY
- If not interested, preferably return product with the delivery man after delivery charge (Cancellation Charge) is paid.
- For exchange, contact us within 4 days of receiving product; applicable for both inside and outside Dhaka. Exchange Cost will be paid by Customer unless product is defected.
- Additional Delivery charge will be applied for exchange/return deliveries as per inside or outside Dhaka standard delivery charges respectively
- There is a Return and Refund option if products are defect.
- Delivery charges as applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount & the remaining amount will be processed digitally via Bkash.
